Who we work with

We are not right for everyone

The engagements that work have a few things in common. The ones that do not usually fail for the same reasons every time, and we would rather say so now.

    This works when

You run a business of roughly 50 to 200 people, and it is profitable.
The executive leader wants to lead this personally, not delegate it to IT.
There is real operational complexity: multiple systems, handoffs, approvals.
You can name someone inside who could lead it, or you are willing to hire one.
You would rather own the capability than rent it.

We are the wrong fit when

You want someone to come in and build it while you watch.
The board wants a transformation announced this quarter.
Nobody inside can be freed up for real hours on it.
You are shopping for a platform, not a change.
The honest answer is that nothing needs to change yet. That is fine.

    Companies we have worked with

Across manufacturing, construction, retail, engineering, professional services and financial services.

    Before we start

Four questions we would ask you

Not a questionnaire. These are the questions that decide whether this work goes anywhere, and most leadership teams have not sat down and answered them honestly.

If you can answer all four, you may not need us. If you cannot, that is usually where the conversation starts.

If every AI tool vanished from your business tonight, which workflow breaks tomorrow?
How many approvals does a good idea pass through before anything happens?
Which part of your business is really a software loop hiding inside bureaucracy?
Who inside your business could lead this, and do they have the hours?
